The trial period for your mattress and/or topper commences on the day you receive the respective product. It's important to note that adjusting to a new mattress takes time. Your Mayner Hempapedic mattress offers a unique experience, and while some may fall in love with it after the first night, others may require a longer adjustment period. Depending on your previous mattress type and condition, your body might need time to acclimate to the gentle firmness, possibly causing some aches and pains initially, which can last a month or more. Despite this, the long-term benefits of proper posture and back support make the adjustment worthwhile. To ensure a fair evaluation, we request that customers give their new mattress or eligible topper at least 30 days before considering a return. If, after this period, you wish to proceed with a return, and assist you in arranging the process. Charges for restocking or return pickups apply and vary based on State delivered.
Return Process
If, after 30 days, you determine that your Mayner Hempapedic Mattress isn't the right fit for you, simply get in touch with us. A member of our Sustainability Team will contact you to facilitate a donation or removal and issue a full refund. There's no need to go through the hassle of repackaging and returning the mattress; we take care of the logistics. In the case of other eligible returns, such as toppers, we may request you to repack the item and drop it off at a local donation center. Our dedicated donation experts will guide you through the process to ensure these items find homes with those in need. To qualify for donation, the mattress and/or topper must be in a suitable condition, free from stains or damage, with the use of a mattress protector recommended. Photographic documentation is required, subject to review and approval. Following the review and receipt, you can expect a full refund within a few days, credited to the original form of payment.
Terms & Conditions
Our serviceable area for products sold through Mayner Hempapedic excludes areas outside Canada and the contiguous United States. Mattresses taken outside this serviceable area must be returned to our service area at the owner's risk and expense to be eligible.
To be eligible for return, products must be in a condition suitable for donation, free from stains, tears, excessive odors, or soiling, with the law tag attached to the mattress and in its original, unaltered state. Photo(s) are requested to confirm that your mattress is in an appropriate condition for donation. Consider protecting your mattress with our Organic Mattress Pad Protector.
Our sleep trial is limited to one return of each product type per household. Returning or exchanging a product ends the sleep trial for that specific product type (mattress, topper, base, pillows, protectors, sheets), and no other sleep trials are eligible for your household in the future for that product type. This household-wide policy is defined by your customer name, shipping address, billing method/account, or billing address.
Your mattress must be used on a foundation or non-yielding bed frame with proper structural support. A proper bed frame, for the purpose of this policy, has at least five to six leg supports for Queen, King, and California King Mattresses, and four leg supports for Twin, Twin XL, and Full Mattresses. Slatted bed frames for Queen, King, and California King sizes should have no more than five inches between each slat to provide ample structural support. Box springs, containing springs and prone to sagging, may not provide proper structural support and are not recommended.
The mattress must be rotated head-to-toe once a month for the first six months, then every other month, to ensure even wear.
The mattress box must be opened within 30 days of receipt.
Adjustable bases and furniture are non-refundable.
In-Home Delivery & Setup services are non-refundable.
Items not paid for, such as the two free pillows included in some sales, are not eligible for a sleep trial or returns.
